I really just had to blog twice today, because I had such an amazing day. :)

I leave for Africa in less than a week. Six days, but who’s counting?? Today, I met with my new friend Leah at St.Johns Town Center and had coffee. I recently found out that she is also going to Harvest School in Mozambique!! It was so encouraging to be able to meet someone prior to leaving Africa. Hopefully we’ll be able to travel together as well.

In other fun news, I made a new friend today, which was also very encouraging!! I went into Aerie at the Town Center, and this awesome Jesus loving girl strikes up a conversation with me!! We talked about Africa, and college ministries in Jax! To me it was just such a strong word from the Lord to not be discouraged, because I can make friends no matter where I go. He’s always going to provide for me. He does things in His timing, but He knows what we need to cheer us up. :)

So, six days to go,and my room looks like someone just slammed open a pinata at a birthday party.  Somehow my “to do list” keeps getting larger, but I couldn’t be more at peace.  I can’t wait to see what kind of world rocking He has in store for this next season.
